Take the time to get clear about what you are intending with passion & purpose for the New Year
Step 1: Reflect~sit still in contemplation and let Spirit inspire you
Step 2: Dream Big~write down all possible dreams, visions & ideas without censoring
Step 3: Include all Types of Goals~for the various aspects of life set goals for health, career, family, spiritual growth, relationship, financial, education/training, ways of being, charitable actions, living environment, peace, healing
Step 4: Reformat~restructure each goal in the most present, positive and concise wording possible for example: "I have a beautiful loving relationship", "I remain peaceful and centered in all situations" "I am a best-selling author", "I have exceptional health", "My business helps millions of people", " I am the best parent ever", "My non-profit organization heals the environment"
Step 5: Prioritize~put at the top of your list the goals you are MOST passionate about. Go through the remaining steps for EACH goal
Step 6: Why~"I MUST achieve this goal this year because..."
Step 7: The Experience~What do you experience when you achieve this goal~be as descriptive as possible. What do you see, smell, hear, touch, taste and feel around you? Close your eyes and experience it completely. How does it make you fell?
Step 8: Benefits~ Who or what benefits from the achievement of this goal?
Step 9: Resources~What resources do you already have at your disposal? Finances, time, experience, training, connections, alliances, skills, tools, clients, education, branding...
Step 10: Success~List all situations where you have previously prevailed when presented with a challenge
Step 11: Challenges~What are the potential obstacles that could inhibit you from achieving this goal?
Step 12: Overcoming~What strategies do you need to deploy in advance in order to overcome any obstacles
Step 13: Being~What kind of person do you need to be in order to achieve this goal? Persistent, passionate, patient, pioneering, courageous, creative, resourceful, loving, healthy, peaceful...
Step 14: Action~Make a clear action plan of all the next steps required. Be specific. Set timelines.
Step 15: Role Model~Is there anyone that has already achieved something like this? Is there anyone that you can model after or learn from in any way?
Step 16: Advisors~Select a counsel of support that can help guide you. Choose people you trust and respect. Select a variety of individuals that can provide sound advice, moral support, financial support, motivational inspiration, business expertise, Spiritual insight...
